We’re a small team, and every batch of Nomi Crunch is made and packed with care. Here’s what you can expect when you order from us:

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. During busy market weeks or holidays, it may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to get your crunch out quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• We currently ship within the United States.

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $40 (before tax and discounts).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at info@nomicrunch.com with your order number and details. We’ll work with you and the carrier to make it right.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Our granola is shelf-stable, but please keep in mind that extreme heat can sometimes affect texture. We pack carefully, but Nomi Crunch can’t be held responsible for weather-related issues once orders are in transit.
