strawberry lychee coconut yogurt bowl ft. strawberry matcha granola

The combination of lychees and coconut flakes provides a delicate, rosy floral note paired with a creamy, tropical finish. You can even bump this up to 50g of protein!


Ingredients

  • Yogurt: 150g of nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Fruit: 4 lychees (peeled or from a can)

  • Strawberries: 4 or 5 defrosted and muddled strawberries

  • Jam: 1-2 tbsp reduced sugar strawberry jam (or a jam of your choice)

  • Toppings: Coconut flakes

  • Granola: 1 serving of Nomi Crunch Strawberry Matcha protein granola


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Scoop the nonfat Greek yogurt into a bowl.

  2. Swirl in Jam: Muddle strawberries mix jam in well. Adjust the amount of jam based on your sweetness preference

  3. Add in fruit: Add in your lychees

  4. Finish with Crunch: Top the bowl with a generous serving of Strawberry Matcha protein granola and a sprinkle of coconut flakes.
